Gilchirst to score an another Century, this time in Sixers

Western Australian Adam Gilchirst popularly known as “Gilly”, would be famous again on the boxing day of the test match at Melbourne. This time not with his scoring runs, but in an another category wherein Gilly would hits sixers for the 98^th time.

Earlier to this, Brian lara was the rated as the highest with 88 sixers against his name. So far Gilchirst has hit 97 sixes in his 88 tests. Lara has played 131 tests for his 88 sixes.

With his current form, it seems Gilchirst is in a mood to complete 150 sixes when he would retire later. Gilchirst is always famous for his act in 2004 when he hit great Srilankan Spinner Muttiah Muralitharan “doosra” for continuous sixes.
